The Tinners Trail

The Tinner's Trail utilises the historic moorland Tinner's Way between St Just and St Ives.

The Trail starts at Lands End and finishes at Canonstown (on the A30) West of St Erth. After leaving Lands End the trail soon reaches the moors east of St Just and goes up the moorland spine of the peninsular with some spectacular views of both north and south coasts. It drops down at the east of the moors down through Nancledra to Canonstown. West Penwith is well endowed with many ancient sites, and many may be visited or seen from the Tinners' Trail.
