Bridleways and Byways

 
     Sancreed has a good number of through bridleways and some use undesignated connections to 
        provide a through route. All which are usable, are very well used and provide important through 
        routes across the parish.

FP & BR from Newbridge via Bosvenning to junction with FP 1 east of Sancreed
CC Priority GOLD    *****  0.23 miles. Most Important bridleway also used as byway:

FP & BR from FP 1 at Sancreed to road west of Catchall
CC Priority GOLD    *****  0.75 miles. Very important bridleway 
Last Report: October 2006: This bridleway isin reasonable condition and cleared by the parish.

BR from Drift, Sancreed road to the Drift Reservoir Boundary
CC Priority BRONZE      *  0.40 miles. Does not exist - goes to resevoir (and under it!)

BR & FP from BR 4 via Treganhoe, Sellan to FP 2 west of Roskennals
CC Priority GOLD    *****  1.03 miles. Most Important through bridleway 
Last Report: October 2006:  Reasonable condition but has a broken bridge that is awaiting a 
        rebuild by CC. Usable with care.

Last Report: October 2006: This path cleared and reopened last year but is too boggy for sensible 
        use.

BR & FP from Bosvenning to road north of Chapel Place
CC Priority GOLD    *****  0.24 miles. Most important Bridleway uses farm lane section to complete 
        - extension of 117/2
Last Report: October 2006: Southern end of  bridleway track is not designated as bridleway to the 
        road but is open and always ridden.

CC Priority GOLD           0.21 miles. This byway is a tarmaced County Road.

        houses  does not exist. A diversion has been suggested, but nothing further has happened
